VEER | Chosen Shift

VEER can be worn in two distinct ways, shifting the piece without losing its identity.

The obsidian was not part of it at first. It came later, as an accent and a more personal statement. Inserted separately, almost like a clip-on element, it can be added or removed entirely. With it, the piece takes on another emphasis. Without it, the metal stands on its own.

VEER came from a moment when I had already paused bringing new pieces into form to focus on the launch. In a quiet moment in nature, I needed to draw what was moving through me at a moment when the launch demanded my full attention. But in the middle of that creative intensity, some part of me still needed space to breathe, and to let the rest of me flow through it.

I was not looking for another piece, but one line stayed with me until it brought me back to metal.

That is where VEER began: in the meeting between discipline and release, structure and freer movement.
