WHERE TO BUY

The surface is part of the piece.

AMIRAN jewelry is shaped by hand in .950 silver, often carrying darkened finishes, irregular textures, articulated details, and natural elements such as Dominican amber.

These surfaces are not meant to remain untouched. With wear, silver may shift in brightness, soften at the edges, or reveal subtle marks of contact. This is part of the life of the piece, not a loss of its character.

Care for it with intention.

Wearing Your Piece

AMIRAN pieces are made to be worn, but not forced.

Remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or handling cleaning products. Avoid direct contact with perfume, creams, sunscreen, chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals.

Sculptural, open, or articulated pieces should be handled carefully. Do not bend, press, or repeatedly adjust them without guidance.

Cleaning Silver

After wearing, gently wipe your piece with a clean, soft, dry cloth to remove moisture and residue.

For plain silver areas, a small amount of mild soap with lukewarm water may be used when necessary. Rinse carefully and dry completely.

Avoid abrasive cloths, chemical silver dips, toothpaste, strong polishing agents, or any method that could alter the surface texture.

Darkened Finishes

Some AMIRAN pieces carry an intentionally darkened finish, a patina created to deepen the relief, texture, and structure of the silver.

Over time, this darkness may soften naturally in areas of contact with the skin or clothing. Each piece settles differently through wear.

Do not polish oxidized or darkened areas aggressively, as this may remove the intended finish. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth only.

Amber & Natural Elements

Dominican amber requires a softer kind of care.

Keep it away from perfume, alcohol, oils, chemical cleaners, excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, steam cleaners, and ultrasonic machines.

To clean amber, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it immediately. Avoid pressure or impact, as natural materials can be more delicate than metal.

Storage

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box, in a dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight.

Keeping jewelry separated helps protect textured surfaces, stones, amber, and darkened finishes from unnecessary friction.

Chains should be stored gently extended or loosely placed to avoid tangling or stress.

Repairs & Care Assistance

Each AMIRAN piece is shaped individually by hand. Its structure, texture, and finish require the same attention with which it was made.

For adjustments, patina renewal, cleaning guidance, or repairs, please contact us with a photograph of your piece before attempting to reshape or restore it yourself.
