1. Shipping Address
Please note that I will ship your order to the address provided at checkout, not to the address associated with your PayPal account. 2. Shipping Method & Processing Time
All orders are shipped worldwide through registered mail within 1-7 business days after payment is received for in-stock jewelry. For custom jewelry orders, processing time may vary based on the type of order and our current waiting list. United States Shipping
Orders shipping to the United States are sent through a tracked international courier service.
Orders below US$700 are subject to a flat international shipping rate of US$20, displayed at checkout.
Complimentary international delivery is offered on orders of US$700 or more.
Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and any related courier or handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
When applicable, these charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment may be required by the courier or customs authority before or upon delivery.
Complimentary shipping applies only to the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, customs charges, or related handling fees.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. On average, shipping takes between 10-45 business days. If you need your order sooner, I offer express shipping, which typically takes up to 5 business days and costs around $40-$70 depending on your location. For a precise rate, please contact me before placing your order.
4. Postal Delays & Customs
While I strive to ensure timely delivery, I cannot take responsibility for any postal delays that may occur once your order is shipped. Additionally, please be aware that you may be subject to customs taxes or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to resolve the issue with the carrier, but I am not responsible for any damages caused during transit.
