The line expands, moves in different directions, and keeps its center.
I wanted a sustained asymmetry, a broad opening that on the body would still feel contained.

The textures and details do not repeat themselves.
They answer one another.
They move together.
But they do not say the same thing.

That, too, is part of its equilibrium:
a piece where different intensities coexist without collapsing into one single thing.

It has character, weight, and stability.
There was no need to say more.
