This piece carries a wild effect, both to the eye and to the hand.

Not literal skin.
Not the creature itself.
Just a surface that feels shed, hardened, and still strangely alive.

It begins in wax, where water is used deliberately to interrupt the material just enough to give the surface its character. From there, the form moves through the lost-wax process before arriving in silver.

What remains is sensory, irregular, and grounded.
