CRUCIBLE | Between States

Granulated silver has a moment that is brief, precise, 
where it has not yet decided what it will become.

This piece did not arrive with that intention and it didn't need to.
But something revealed itself through its own process.
The metal gathered, thick, holding something that had not yet finished transforming. What happens just before everything changes and what usually goes unrecorded.

I kept flowing with that. That is why I gave it this name.
